Terms for using contribution.club’s website and mobile app.
Using the service
By using contribution.club, you agree to these terms. Use the service only where you are legally able to do so, and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure and tell us if you believe it has been misused.
Communities and contributions
Organizers and members are responsible for their community rules, fundraising representations, contribution records and agreements. Recording a pledge, payment or treasury entry in the app does not itself transfer money or prove that a recipient received it. Confirm payment details with the relevant organizer. The service does not guarantee fundraising results, repayment or the accuracy of user-submitted information.
Content and acceptable use
Submit only content you have permission to share. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful fundraising, harassment, impersonation, malicious software or unauthorized access. You retain rights to your content and allow us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Respect other people’s privacy and community visibility settings.
Paid features
Available plans, prices, limits and any renewal terms are shown when you purchase. Payments may be handled by PayPal, Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Manage subscriptions and cancellation with the provider used to purchase. Contact support about service or purchase issues; applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability and account restrictions
Features may change or be interrupted. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security problems or legal requirements. Keep copies of records you need. Contact us about account closure or restrictions; closing an account does not automatically cancel a separately billed subscription.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for decisions made using community content and records. We do not promise uninterrupted service or resolve the underlying financial agreements between members. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact us first about service disputes so we can investigate.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Review the terms before continuing to use the service after an update.
